HR Business Partner - Apple - Moscow


Job description
To work as a member of the EMEIA HR team and the Russian Country Team to build an efficient, effective and proactive business partnership with the line managers and employees at Apple Russia mostly based at our office in Moscow. The role will provide effective and proactive HR Generalist support and business partnering at all levels. The role will report into the Senior HR Manager Eastern Europe.

The current plan is to widen the scope of the role into supporting Eastern European Counties (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic & Hungary) over time.

Description

Business Partnering
To provide expert business partner support to all functions, becoming a trusted advisor to these functional teams
Developing an in-depth knowledge of the client groups to a level where proactive solutions can be suggested which enhance and grow those functions
Acting as a coach and consultant to the management team within those functions

Employee Relations
To provide expert advice on any aspects of employee relations, including but not limited to disciplinary and grievance; redundancy; leave requests; terminations and compromise agreements.
To provide coaching and support to both Managers and Employees as required within any area of employee relations.
To proactively and effectively manage employee relations issues to a satisfactory resolution.
To keep up to date in current legislation and to always work within legal limitation.

Training and Development
To be responsible for the management of the annual performance review cycle and any mid year reviews as appropriate
To provide appropriate HR related training to both employees and managers.
To support line managers to proactively support positive development opportunities and appropriately resolve any development issues.
To work with the Apple University team to ensure that training and development needs are effectively met within your business groups.

Resourcing
To work with the recruitment team in London and line manager to ensure that the best business solution is achieved for any job role vacancy.

Compensation and Benefits
To ensure that managers have a clear understanding of the Apple compensation philosophy and strategy.
To ensure that the local Benefit’s are well understood by the employees and reflect a competitive market position.
To effectively manage and drive the annual salary/bonus review process ensuring that managers are trained and confident to use the process tools and guidelines.

Reporting and administration
Generating and managing adhoc reports as required.
Payroll liaison with local payroll provider and Central Payroll Team in Cork, Ireland.
Updating the internal HR Records System on Hiring, Transitions, Changes and Exits.
Producing relevant paperwork and HR documents for the Russian entity.
Answer any employee queries in a timely and effective manner.
To ensure compliance with all process and policies and be responsible for ensuring that these are kept up to date in accordance with legislation changes.
To diligently maintain and update the Apple HRIS system and all employee files.

Education

Degree calibre candidate.
Qualification in Human Resources .
Russian labour law savy.
Fluent English and Russian.
