Job Description:
Customer Delivery, Head of Delivery Management, Russian Federation
Major Accountabilities:
Manage all operational and technology related opportunities and operational issues related with the local markets, reporting to Country Manager and provide support for the local markets. Additionally support of the markets in Armenia and Belarus.
In charge of leading the team that implements all critical and high impact projects in the market. Responsible for yearly delivering 6 m € revenues in implementation and connectivity projects.
Manage and lead a team of 5 Business leaders and leaders to deliver 300 implementation projects per year with notable excellence on mobile deployments, MasterCard rewards, MoneySend and PayPass in correlation with country priorities. Report to country manager on execution and progress of these projects.
Initiates the analysis and improvement of customer operational performance and profitability through reviews with the Delivery team and account management.
Provide ownership of
• technology and processing related new business initiatives;
• the delivery of solutions sold to the customer after the sale has completed by initiating and driving the complete implementation process;
• operations and technology related activities with customers to leverage MasterCard assets to obtain mutual objectives.
Partner with
• markets operations and implementation contacts and other internal MasterCard contacts/functions to achieve business goals and increase the customer's overall satisfaction with MasterCard and its processes;
• account managers and deliver against business and corporate objectives, opportunities and commitments;
• country management on technology directions and on critical and strategic projects.
Provide
• the account team and customers with training and updates on processing related products and communication of operational enhancements so that they are aware and supportive of the initiatives undertaken by the Customer Delivery team;
• customer feedback to MasterCard business owners on delivery services.
Ensure all operational issues for customers are managed and ensure compliance with all MasterCard technology enhancements.
Participate in initiatives to improve MasterCard services and customer related processes.
This function must
• fully compliant with all processes and rules of the Customer Delivery Technology.
• be performed mainly from office in Moscow. Mobility to other supported countries is expected.
Experience/Education:
Strong managerial skills, ability to translate country objectives into plans for the team and foster execution while provide vision and leadership.
Extensive knowledge of customer service principles and financial industry/banking operations practices.
Experienced Project management and implementation skills, payment card processing technologies and operations related skills are required. Prior management experience required.
Knowledge of card operations (issuing and acquiring) with emphasis on authorizations, clearing and settlement; and technologies: emv, e/m-commerce, paypass, etc. In depth knowledge of MasterCard's processing related products, services and technology offerings is required.
Leadership, communication and strong negotiation skills are must.
Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills.
Accountable to the head of the region for meeting department deliverables.
Cultural sensitivity.
The ability to fluently communicate in Russian and English, language of the accounts, is compulsory.
A strong interest in transforming technology into business solutions and opportunities and promoting/selling these solutions.
Willingness and capability to travel up to 30% for certain periods of time.
University/college education, work at payment card industry with experience covering wide scale of processing and technology areas.
Needs to be able to work independently but also as part of the team.
